Squad training, lane swims and lessons in a six-lane 25 metre pool.
A six-lane 25 metre pool with a separate teaching pool. Lane swimming opens at 06:30, masters squad trains three mornings a week, and lessons run from age four.
Caps are required in squad sessions.
